4 TH July RDAA Open Day

We are pleased to announce the programme for our fifth RDAA Open Day to be held at Farnham Flint on Saturday July 4th. All the details are below and I hope you agree that we’ve got something for everyone with some great activities, stalls and speakers.

We were particularly delighted to secure Martin Bowler this year as our main speaker. Martin is a renowned specimen angler with several British record fish to his name and one of the longest standing Angling Times columnists and broadcasters. He rarely does these events so it’s a bit special to have him to talk to us.

For those who love their tench fishing we’ve teamed up with The Tenchfishers to put on a session which will reveal tactics that have captured some of the UK’s biggest tench. There’s also a lure session with local expert Adam Jones along with practical demos outside.

Our coaching team will be running sessions all day long. Just book in on the day.

A new development this year is Carp on the Fly with Andy Dodd and Jem Fox where you will learn to fly cast and hopefully put a fish on the bank too.

There’s all the usual great tackle stalls and a car boot sale specialising in fishing tackle and country goods.

So make a note in your diaries not to miss this one.
