2022/23 RDAA Permits

Use this form below for change of permit type

RDAA is moving to electronic permits for next season to help simplify the process for both our volunteer staff and our members. We will not be offering paper permits or offering permits via tackle shops as previously, permits will be available via our website only.

We would prefer members without a smart phone or internet access have friends or family help with the online application. However, we will offer a selection of dates where we will be available to assist at the Farnham Flint Match hut should this be required. Dates to be announced soon.

Members can then print from the website or use the associated mobile phone app to prove membership if challenged. Bailiffs will also use the app to search the membership list should a member not have access to the app when waterside. As this year, photos are mandatory on RDAA permits. If no photo provided your permit will be revoked.

We will be phasing in the availability of 2022/23 permits as follows to ensure the process runs as smooth as possible:

April 7th General Permit and Bronze renewals will be sent to current members who have submitted an emailaddress.

April 11th to April 30th – spare North, South, and Platinum 24 hr permits made available via the website. Available for new members or current members who wish to either upgrade from General, Bronze or switch from any other 24 hr permit. As last year the applicants location, previous permit held, tenure with the club, and past conduct as a member will be considered should these permits be oversubscribed.

May 1st - General and Bronze permits made available for new members

Gate keys for the new season will then be available from Farnham Flint hut or Woodley Tackle Box from this date on proof of permit purchase.

Please bear with us, we will try to make the switch to an online system as pain free as possible for all. Please check your SPAM folders and if still no renewal email received AFTER 7 days from the start of the relevant window above please email: rdaapermits@gmail.com Please refrain from contacting us before these dates.

Application instructions will be included in renewal emails and details for new applicants via our website.
