In a way a normal summer has kind of got everything back in sinc again, particulary the fish feeding. There's a lot
more weed around which is always a good thing and there seems to be a fair few small fish showing themselves, not
just in the rivers. At last a kind of normality has partially been restored.

Glad to hear plenty are getting in on the action.

Thanks. A fish is a fish in the end but I do enjoy winter river fishing.

well done on the fish fella.

to clarify the 9pm rule on the beats only applies during the winter when it allows you to fish on past the stated sunset time in the permit.
when the sunset time in the permit is later than 9pm then you can fish to that time.

parking permits only need to be displayed in r&daa car parks and not public ones so you dont need to display it in the beat 3 car park by fobney lock.

hopefully that clears up the confusion.
